Kirsten is a fitness and wellness expert focused on guiding individuals to discover their healthiest life through fitness, nutrition, and a means of constant balance. Her mission is to simplify the science and help you develop the skills and habits needed to achieve your long-term health and wellness goals. Throughout her career she has worked with some of the leading health and wellness experts, celebrities, athletes, and wellness companies and prides herself on creating positive environments where people thrive and succeed. Kirsten continues to study the various and growing scientific principles and theories of holistic wellness, gaining a significant appreciation and knowledge for movement assessments, screenings, and application; lifestyle/wellness management techniques; and alternative eating lifestyles and dietary theories.

Experience

With over 15 years in the fitness industry in both Los Angeles and Seattle, Kirsten's coaching has evolved into a holistic and science-based approach.   When it comes to fitness, her philosophy centers on improving your foundational strength, mobility, breathing mechanics, and various lifestyle factors to maximize your performance. Physical activity is vital to your overall health and learning to work out in a way that is effective, safe, and sustainable is the first step toward lifelong wellness.   A second pillar of the wellness journey is nutrition. This is more than the food you consume. Nutrition is how we eat, when we eat, why we eat, and so much more. Our relationship with food is complicated at best, but learning how stress, emotion, and real life challenges affect your choices and your body’s physiological response will allow you to reach your highest potential.

As someone who has dedicated my career to helping others improve health and performance through self-care and sustainable habits, I understand that no two bodies are the same and we are incredibly unique in regards to our needs, motivations and personalities. I take a truly integrative approach to coaching. Together we’ll develop a unique plan and skill set to help you on your personal wellness journey.  My approach to fitness and nutrition is simple: small habits, easy planning, and education to help you cultivate a healthier relationship with food and movement. Coaching does not need to be complicated; I’m here to make it approachable, collaborative, and effective. Let’s take small steps towards big results.  I’m looking forward to starting this journey with you!
